What Is Bhakti Vriksha?
Bhakti Vriksha means "The Tree of Devotion." It is a small-group spiritual learning program based on the teachings of Lord Sri Krishna and the process of Bhakti Yoga. Devotees and newcomers meet once a week in a friendly home atmosphere to study Bhagavad-gita, chant the holy names, discuss spiritual topics, and share their experiences.
Just as a tree grows from a small seed, our devotion grows through regular practice, good association, and guidance from devotees. Our goal is to help every individual develop a loving, blissful relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna.
What Can You Expect by Attending?
You can expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where everyone gets a chance to take part. Our weekly gatherings include:
- Congregational chanting (kirtan)
- Bhagavad-gita and other Vedic scripture discussions
- Practical lessons from Krishna's teachings
- Questions, answers, and sharing of personal experiences
- Association with like-minded people
- Spiritual guidance and delicious Krishna prasadam
You do not need any previous knowledge of Bhagavad-gita or Krishna consciousness. Anyone interested in learning is welcome.
How Will It Help in Your Day-to-Day Life?
The teachings of Bhagavad-gita are not only for spiritual discussions; they are meant to be practised in our daily lives. Through these classes, you will learn how to handle stress, manage relationships, develop patience, control anger, and make better decisions. Regular chanting and spiritual association bring peace of mind and clarity in life.
You will also develop positive habits, strengthen family relationships, and understand the real purpose of life. Most importantly, you will learn how to keep Krishna at the centre of your daily activities.
- Peace of mind
- Patience
- Better decisions
- Stronger families
- Krishna at the centre
